Operation PASS

Children who feel successful in school grow into teenagers who stay in school. Kids have a great start to the school year when they show up with the supplies they need to do the work. We are proud to be part of the effort to put school supplies into the hands of thousands of Guilford County students.

Founded in 2011, the goal of Operation PASS is to provide school supplies to Greensboro students in need. Since that time, over 10,000 students have benefited from this program. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Operation PASS 2020 took place over three days in four different sites in Greensboro. Officers with the Public Resource Neighborhood Center, Community Resource Officers and School Resource Officers distributed masks, hand sanitizer and school supplies to 400 youths.

There will always be another school year and renewed need for help with school supplies. Click here to give to Operation PASS.
